Direct X Error Crashes Dragon Age Inquisition To Desktop (Details)

I got this DirectX crash for the first time after playing for 120+ hours. It happened after I upgraded my Nvidia card (GTX680) driver to the latest version 347.52.

Interestingly, Windows action center reports this as "video hardware error".
