Direct X Error Crashes Dragon Age Inquisition To Desktop (Details)

I had this issue until after many modifications to the graphics settings in the game I found a setting which resolved the issue.  AMIENT OCCULSION - OFF and EFFECTS QUALITY - LOW.  All other settings are High/Ultra.  My PC hardware is  x64 bit Intel 860 @ 2.80Ghz, Nvidia GeForce GTX 660, 6GB RAM.
