bump.. when's the next patch coming out?

It isn't just Nvidia users having this issue and it really isn't a driver thing although better driver might help.

Do we have a release date for patch 5?

2 days ago I updated my DAI to patch 4 and could play for a whole day without this DX crash. Yesterday, I crashed with DX error and when I tried to run the game again and clicked Continue on the Main menu screen, the game constantly crashes and I can't even get into the game anymore.
