Prior to now I only experienced perhaps 6 crashes over the many hours of playing.
Ever since the release (and install) of Patch 5, the game will crash within 5 minutes almost without fail. It will also crash within 1 minute if I access the Planning Table, and run a couple of objectives.
I'm actually playing my second toon this time around, and it took me 4 attempts to run the cutscenes and conversations just to get to Skyhold without it crashing. The unskippable singing made me wish slaughtering the whole camp was an option :P
I run a Nividia Gefore GTX 770.
Patch 5 is an abysmal joke.
