Same here. Something is wrong with patch 5. These DirectX crashes started en masse immediately after Origin updated DAI to patch 5. I had one or two crashes before, but only in 100+ hours of gameplay.

The crashes seem to happen either in cutscenes or war table.

Nvidia GTX 680 and latest Nvidia WHQL drivers.
