Repair the game (no effect)
Create a new admin user on your computer and run the game (no effect)

Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter. (no effect)
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter. (no effect)
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter. (no effect)
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter. (no effect)
Reboot the computer. (no effect)
Delete your windows "Temp" folder. (no effect)
Run the game in administrator mode (no effect)
Game still crashes on cutscenes and in the war room. skyhold load is extreamly slow and textures load slow after getting into skyhold
