I am also having this problem now having previously played the game since it came out with no issues.
I am getting the following error message
DirectX function 'GetDeviceRemovedReason' failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET (The device failed due to a badly formed command. This is a run-time issue. The application should destroy and recreate the device.) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT, Driver: 34192.

Been played without a single crash for over 6 months. Now i performed a clean win 10 x64 re-installation, all drivers,soft/hardware are up to date, making clean game installation, but DD:I after latest update,refused to start.I get non stop DX errors and crashes like everyone else here. EA are you joking with us? Still NOT a fix for a MAJOR problem? I play TONS for other EA titles suchs as BF:BC2,BF3/4,CRYSIS 1-3,etc, since they released,and NEVER had similar pathetic problems..And as far as i can see you still CANNOT fix it and you ignoring us. Maybe it's time to ask for a REFUND for a total broken title?
