Direct x Error message "GetDeviceRemovedReason"

I am having issues with playing Dragon age Inquisition and I have done for a very long time now (over a year). I have tried deleting the Profile options files which seems to fix most peoples issues. ...

Your drivers for your GPU is outdated. You could try a clean install of the latest drivers to see if that helps. As @Fred_vdp recommended.

Also, if you have AVG, make sure Inquisition is added to the exeptions list or dump it and get something like bitdefender or avast. 🙂

Ok thanks very much. How do I update my drivers? Sorry as i said I am useless.

As @Fred_vdp mentioned, you'll want to download this. Run it before you download your updated drivers from here. Make sure you put all your information in right. After that, give Inquisition another go and let us know how it goes!

  Ok, so i ran the ddu and updated my drivers but I got the same result unfortunately. I have done a new link.

    Did you happen to restart your computer after the driver install? (I forgot to mention that)
