Direct x Error message "GetDeviceRemovedReason"

I am having issues with playing Dragon age Inquisition and I have done for a very long time now (over a year). I have tried deleting the Profile options files which seems to fix most peoples issues. ...

As @Fred_vdp mentioned, you'll want to download this. Run it before you download your updated drivers from here. Make sure you put all your information in right. After that, give Inquisition another go and let us know how it goes!

Ok, so i ran the ddu and updated my drivers but I got the same result unfortunately. I have done a new link.

Did you happen to restart your computer after the driver install? (I forgot to mention that)

If not, try that.

Do you have the latest service pack for directx installed? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx

    Oh man, this is a toughie.

    If that doesn't work, I hope someone else has other ideas. ☹️
