Give the clean boot a try again. Just follow those directions. It's really easy.
Also, have you tried a game repair? Right click on the game in the origin client and select repair.
Ok i tried both of those and neither worked unfortunately.
Maybe I will just have to see how much it is on PS4 tho I have all the other dragon age games on PC. I hope someone knows how to solve this.
Thank you for your help.

@randomdave19 HI, I see you've tried a bunch of things, but there are still a few tricks I'd like to try. To start, please navigate to your My Documents/BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save folder. In here you'll fine all your old save files as well as some settings files. You can manually edit such files to make changes, but it's easier to just wipe them and let new files be created from a default template.
So please make a copy/backup of the ProfileOptions and ProfileOptions_profile items. You almost certainly won't need them again, but it's good to have a habit of making backups any time you want to delete something. Once this is done delete both of these items, then try to start up again, and see if any of the game's behaviour changes.
Thanks. - 8 years ago
Hi, this is the first step I did and unfortunately that did not work.
Thanks
