Hey ashky88,
I had the same problem and I tried everything (repair, uninstall/install, different nvidia driver, install separate DirectX and Visual bla bla....).
Nothing worked so far.
In a German Forum I read something about downspeeding your Graphic-Card. If your Graphic Card is overclocked (indifferent if done by you or the company), install the Software of your Graphic-Cards-Company (mine was Palit and I installed the "Thundermaster"-Software: Click Here). With the Software of the equivalent company you can now clock down the GPU and RAM Speed of your Graphic Card. I put down the speed to nvidia references and somehow I can play now with no more Error. I played since that 20 Hours (game time) and had no error.
My Rig:
Intel i7 3770
8 GB RAM
Palit Nvidia Geforce GTX 770 2GB (overclocked by company)
Samsung 500 GB 840 Evo
I'll need to check which made my graphics card then. I never made any overclocking or downclocking myself, so if there's any overclocking it should be factory settings.
But is it hard to make a downclock? Or is there kind of like a reset button that changed back everything to standard?

It is that hard. If your Graphic Card is from palit, MSI or Asus it is quite easy. Because you can download a Tool from this companies to do that (msi =afterburner, palit =thundermaster, etc.).
In these tools, you can change easily the Speed for GPU and RAM :-)
