Ok finaly i think i finded a solution at least for NFS Rivals PC platform.
1st of all i feld very surprised to realise that at least for this game IS A SOUND PROBLEM!😕mileysurprised:
My OS: win 8.1
Sound: disable any digital input/output sound playback options in sound settings (use only integrated motherboard sound)

Select playback kb/s like this: http://postimg.org/image/nea48v7of/ and http://postimg.org/image/45prs94e5/
Ignore any gaming optimization software (Geforce experience or Gaming evolved etc) http://postimg.org/image/y3xx1c361/
Today ( 15th may 2015) I also installed some windows updates that i think it makes the diference: http://postimg.org/image/kz4qgiinb/
After all this changes restart pc.
After installing win updates the game does not crash any more so i reached an 42 minutes of gameplay : http://postimg.org/image/6wo51k3jv/
You may also try just win updates and skip any other settings.
if you allready have this updates please uninstal them and change sound settings and update OS again
one problem: after installing updates the sound in game "sounds" very stupid... its like i listening to an mobile phone speakers... but i'm so afraid to update sound driver.... 😕mileyfrustrated:
Please reply if this works for you too!
Sorry for my bad englesh.
