Display driver windows kernel mode driver, version 344.75 stopped responding

Anyone else with the same problem? I open the game, then the save, and get to play like 2-3 minutes then the screen freezes and the "display driver windows kerneld mode driver, version 344.75 stopped...

I get this very occasionally, after few hours of gameplay.

People who are affect, if you overclocked your GPU, can you try running the game without overclock and see ifi t helps or not?
