Hi, I decide to buy the DLC and item packs for DA2 and went onto the Playstation Store and brought it, downloaded, then installed it and although it seems to install correctly it doesn't come up in the Downloadable Content section in the main menu. I have linked it with my bioware/EA account and its all the same e-mail address and all the "Extras" I have on the bioware site are available but none of the PSN stuff is.I've sent an e-mail to ea support said it'd be 10-15 mins to get back to me and its been over a day so figure might get more help here. I managed to get mine working after double checking the region of the game disc I got sent out and found that it was BLAS the Asian region not the uk so there was a region conflict I returned the cd to the company and brought it through the PSN and it now works fine might be your having the same issue. I ordered mine through a uk company and still had a different region disc so it's always worth a check. Hope this helps.Arc

Hi arcalis333,

Here two steps you can try:

1) Verify your DLC is correctly added to your account. You can verify if any DLC is attached correctly to your account at http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php.

2) Connect your game to the Dragon Age servers once, so the game knows your DLC is attached to your account

Make sure you login to the game once using the same email/password as you use here on the site / on Origin (this email address should be visible at the top of (http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php) to confirm).

Give it a couple minutes and your DLC should be recognized (and change from unauthorized).

Hi there,
I have the exact same problem where I purchased Legacy and Mark of the Assassin on PS3 via the PlayStation Store, but it isn't appearing in the downloadable content in the game itself. I've e-mailed customer support but they haven't found a solution yet.
I've cleared the Game Utility Data, downloaded and re-installed it over three times (even after clearing the data), but it's still not appearing. The email address is linked to the Origin/EA account as well.
Anybody have any solutions?

I had the same problem, but it turns out the only reason is because I didn't update my DA2. It was still on v1.0 and needed to be updated to v1.04. It might work once you've updated the game.

I've got the Legacy and MotA downloaded but when I try to install them, they say the game isn't installed. It's also not showing up on my DLC in-game either. I've checked to make sure I'm logged in, and I see it on my account on the webpage, just not in the in-game DLC menu.

hi i have the same thing happening to me i downloaded legacy and mark of the assissin but its not showing anywhere i went to website and its not in my registered games it doesnt show up anywhere that i got them can someone try and help me figure out what to do thank you
