DLC spoils of avvar/Quinari placement

Pleas help! I've bought Spoils of the Avvar and Spoils of the Quinari DLC, but I have no idea how to get them! I have passed Haven, and am currently in Skyhold. thanks! -very confused gamer

Hi @AntisocalNebula,

Fred_vdp is correct. First make sure you're logged into your account, then simply visit the Undercroft. If the items don't show up in the chest, log out and log in again. Sometimes it helps.

You get them from the special shipment chest in the undercroft in Skyhold, but only after you log into your account on the main menu.
