dlc wont install

My DLC wont install. Have renewed licences and no joy. PS4 system just says waiting to install. Perhaps region problem ?

Hi @quetskeel,

@DarkAmaranth1966 is correct, this is how Playstation operates. The base game, game saves and as well as DLCs must originate from the same store region for the Playstation to recognize them. Check the official Playstation support forum for more info about that.

It says on the box region free but I read on a post on this forum a user having the same problem and even though it stated region free on the box it turned out it wasnt. He didnt mention how he found this out or how he fixed it.
