Dragon Age: I is rated MA which is not 15+ its actually 17+, I was going to ask where you were trying to buy it from but Europe uses the PEGI rating system.

I'm reading the rating and it says MA 15+ - Not suitable for <15...
I'm in Australia btw

It could be that origins is enforceing the US rating system on your purchase.
