DOA not playing

"DAOriginsLauncher.exe" start but when clicking "Play" I receive those messages : 1) "...cudart32_41_22.dll is missing...Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I did to no avail ! 2) "...

If you can't find it at nVIDIA, use a trusted source, such as Cnet, Major Geeks, etc to get a clean copy from

I've found on Google some website offering downloads for PhysX related to Dragon Age: Origin, but I'm not sure if I can trust any of those ?
