Does not want to connect to server on new Xbox Series S

I enjoy the entire Dragon age series and have played it many many many times. Recently I got the new Xbox series s and immediately installed origins, but for some reason it does not want to connect to the server, it just says "cannot connect to server at this time, information given is incorrect"

Please can anyone tell me why this is?
