Forum Discussion
This sounds like a browser issue. Is Chrome or Edge by chance your default browser? If so change that to IE or Firefox, open origin and log in, then come here and sign in - sign out first if you normally stay logged in. Now see if you can log in in game.
My default browser was Chrome, so I changed it to IE, opened Origin.exe and logged in, signed into the Origin website through IE, opened DA:I and still the same message when I tried to log in to DA servers
I'm pretty sure that was the correct order so it probably isn't a browser problem

Hi! You probably have already solved this, but I had the same problem as you (but I aslo had mods installed, so who knows), I connected the game to the Dragon Age Keep and then it allowed me to continue on playing.
- 6 years ago@Tedemi im having the same problem, may i ask how you did it?
I basically had a bunch of mods installed and then when I changed computers and installed Inquisition I just couldn't load in with my previous, current playthrough. Then I re-installed everything that came with the game (like DLCs, and such), still gave me the same message, so with DAIMod, iirc, I merged all the mods I had installed again, still gave me the same message. I opened the initial menu again and decided to connect it to the Dragon Age Keep I(never usually did this before) and after that I loaded the save without any problems.
Hope this helps you : ) Also sorry if this reads weird and has spelling mistakes, English isn't even my second lenguaje.

@Tedemino sorry needed , just how do i connect it to the dragon age keep? i only have an option to launch it by browser...
Edit:
found it, and it dosent work for me :/
can you by any chance share the link for what you are using to mod the game? (im using frosty 1.0.5.1) perhaps i will succeed with that...
Edit 2:seems this is the solotion (for dlcs but no for BE DLC):
"If you delete the "ModData" folder every time you alter your modlist, Frost MM will regenerate the folder when you next try to launch through it. Then everything works as it should.
Apparently, the ModData folder wasn't deleted when I uninstalled DAI, which I probably should have realized. "

If anyone's still having this problem I found a fix.
Download the EA Beta client and install it from there.
As best as I can tell, the Origin version is the Game of the Year version and that doesn't support saves from other versions. It looks like it bundles all the DLC's together and then the game can't identify them individually so you get the error. But the EA Beta client installs the base games and then each DLC individually so it doesn't trigger the error.
You just need to make sure you use the correct client to get the correct version of the game.
Origin = GOTY
EA Beta = Original + DLC
- 5 years ago@Goldmagicmonkey boy the game doesn't even show on EA beta for me

Well,in EA beta there is no DAI GOTY or DAI itself so I can't find any solution for this problem. I have re-installed 4 times,I was using DAI mod manager I disable it merge it bla bla bla... I tried everything now but can't find any solution. I buyed EA Play for this and I can't play it and it expires at 25 april or something. I m going crazy on this,I contacted with EA help they said installed again but that didn't work either.
