can you by any chance share the link for what you are using to mod the game? (im using frosty 1.0.5.1) perhaps i will succeed with that...

seems this is the solotion (for dlcs but no for BE DLC):
"If you delete the "ModData" folder every time you alter your modlist, Frost MM will regenerate the folder when you next try to launch through it. Then everything works as it should.
Apparently, the ModData folder wasn't deleted when I uninstalled DAI, which I probably should have realized. "

@MRLWolfinix Sorry, I have no idea how Frosty works ☹️ I have only ever used DAIModManager
