DQ:I needed dlc? [no spoilers]

Hey party people,
i just got Inquisition from the free epic store give away since i allways heard good things and never played it, but because of some of the EA launchers * i will have to download it again in order to play in the language i want.

now, my connection is kinda real bad and teh first time around it took like 10 hours to download the game with allt he add ons, so my question ist wich add ons are actually a good experience and wich ones are just bonus gear or something. https://omegle.onl/ 

i did parce that tresspesser, descent and jaws of hakkon are the story dlc so i am pretty sure i would want those, think its also safe to say that i won't need any of the multiplayer ones as i don't even now what kinda multiplayer this is, and would not intend to play anyway.

so are all the other add ons just fluff and starting gear ect.?
