Draconology bug

I also have encountered this bug. I suspect that it might somehow be related to "future" parts of the quest chain that can be completed before you ever meet Frederic. Regardless, I doubt Bioware is going to fix this issue seeing as that it does not seem block the progression of the game at all and is not tied to any achievements (I think, I could be wrong). Sucks if you're an OCD completionist though 😕mileyfrustrated:
