Draconology bugged, Federic is not there.

Community AdminWhat system are you on? His camp is very near to the most southern camp, so I doubt it's just an issue of looking in the wrong spot.
Try transitioning zone twice, to test. So go to skyhold, then any other area, then back to the Western Approach, then see if he spawns as he should.
