Dragon age 2 dead space 2 armor

Good morning,

I am making this question to get something fixed, i got dead space a few years ago, played it and got it on steam and origin at the same time, and recently started playing dragon age 2 (bought it last year) and i am at the place where it is supposed to get the armor, i also got some dlc's for the game and i retrieved the dlc itens, but no armor and i have a save game of dead space 2, so i wish to know if is it able to redeem the armor or how to unlock it.
