Dragon Age 2 failed to upload save data to cloud

I opened Dragon Age 2 today in Ea app as administrator and everything.

When I close the game, I get a message saying failed to upload save data to cloud.

Repairing the game didn't work, renaming game folder in documents didn't work (it didn't even open), clearing ea app cache didn't work.

I am able to start the game though but I have to press use local data button.

I opened the game and in the main screen without loading a save I closed the game and quickly pressed exit on the taskbar for ea app. Then it saod it was saving to cloud and closed the app normally.

Little note that it didn't happen every time. For example I created a new game, saved and then closed it and it saved normally and didn't get that message that time.

What did I learn?  i want to have an option to disable cloud saves.

@EA_Shepard Decided to do that settings thing since some games like dai and sims were missing from the library installed list. doing that repair thing brought them back. After closing the app again and openong it again, games were there. So, i just closed the laptop

@EA_Shepard Can I do that without showing machine name, id etc.? I see stuff I don't feel comfortable sending since it seems to show machine id etc. information

@Anonymous I understand that. There really isn't unless you manually deleted it from the save file and then attached it. If that is not something you want to do, then save it, open it, scroll down and find all the WER logs as this is what we need to see.

This will show all issues happening with all programs. It also shows driver updates and dates for your system. For example, if see your GPU drivers are out of date, then update them.

@EA_Shepard Right. Maybe sometime later if possible XD. not on my laptop anymore.

I did go to settings, press uninstall ea app, there press repair. It download stuff and installed ea app. I opened it and then drahon age 2. opened a save, pressed quock save and closed it.
It didn't give the failed to upload save data warning this time at least.

The overlay notification did has red ! with red square on it but I don't use overlay either way
