Community Admin@XxCarysLouXx Is Windows itself fully crashing? Are you getting a bluescreen issue? Do you see an error message on the reliability monitor?

Your dxdiag info would help to check for some potential causes, thanks.
It says windows has stopped working and then I get check to find the solution and close windows nothing else.

Unfortunately that's not a lot to work with. If you can post your dxdiag and any error reports that may help in narrowing down on what's going on here.
Also be sure that your Windows is fully up to date.
