11 months ago@TravelerSeven Hey, so the short answer is no we cannot modify that. If there is a keep issue, they can refresh the site and get players logged back in, but there isn't a way to add that to an account or update it as you requested.
What you can do is reset your EA password, log back into the keep, and use the replay option to sync all the choices in the keep you made.
After that, you would have to either run a repair on the game or just do a fresh install. If the armor is not showing up, I am afraid with the age of the game, there isn't a way for any of us to manually make it available if it is not on an account.
Also, when you are in the DLC section of the Keep, sync everything you can before you go into the game.
