Community ManagerHi @TravelerSeven, follow the same steps above. It's going to be a thing we cannot fix on the backend. It will be an issue you have to find troubleshooting steps for.
@EA_ShepardAlright, I guess I'll give the password reset a try and see if that does anything. I assume that the aforementioned replay option in the Keep is "Replay Startup"?
As for repairing/reinstalling, I'm playing on Xbox, so there's not much I can do in terms of repairing the game, but I'll try doing a full reinstall. Maybe I'll try buying another DLC to see if that helps refresh things.
Sucks that this can't be fixed on the backend ☹️
Edit: Could decoupling my Xbox account from my EA account and then recoupling it help in any way?
