dragon age 2 server connection issue (xbox360)

been playing through both da:o and da2 but getting a constant issue when trying to connect to the servers for da2. have tried switching xbox on/off, re-registaring the game on LBSN, and restarting my router. still wont connect to server. is there anyway to fix this ???
