Dragon Age 2 servers constantly down for Xbox 360

For the last three weekends the Dragon Age servers have been unavailable when trying to play Dragon Age 2 on the Xbox 360. This isn't just for an hour or two but for most of the day each time. It has...

What are you unable to play? I take it that you can play ok on off-peak times? Do you share your connection with anyone, and if so, can you check if they are using the connection when you're trying to play?
