Dragon age 2 Unlockables Xbox one

Hi everybody! 

Sorry if there is already a thread for this with a fix, but I couldn't find one when I searched. 

I'm on xbox one doing backwards compatibility
I was hoping someone could help me figure out why something just isn't working for me.

So now thanks to the Dragon Age Keep we are able to get the limited edition, pre order, and event items in the Dragon Age games. By heading to the career section, selecting the game and going to unlockables we can select the desired item and request unlock for the platform we want.
So long as the account we use on that platform is linked we unlock and gain access to the item in game (apparently not for DOA though as it's servers are perma dead)
My problem is for DA2, most of the unlockables have worked just fine with this method, but a few say unlocked in the keep but are greyed out and not unlocked in game. I have confirmed that this does work on these items but for some reason it hasn't worked for me.
These items are

Staff of Parthalan

Blood Dragon Armor

Sir Isaac's Armor

Ivo family crest

Air of confidence

Evra's Might

Evra's Trophy Belt

Any and all help on this would be immensely appreciated. Thanks!!!!
