Dragon Age 2 Unlockables

I know I am late to the dragon age franchise but I have fallen in love with the series and storytelling  the developers came up with. I am unable to  claim any items from unlockables. The website is down and I have no idea how to get the Staff of Parthalan  from the trailer.  I feel incomplete and unmotivated  to finish the game. Does anybody have any answers for this i would really appreciate it 😁
