dragon age 2 wayward son quest enforcer npc cannot be looted.

Hello. I bought the xbox360 to play dragon age 2. So...i am very very frustrated at this point. When I get to the docks at night and I kill the Enforcer who is suppose to drop a map to continue quest the game does not let me loot. Know i have tried everything and when i say everything i mean EVERYTHING to be able to loot this npc. I have even gone as far as replacing the game twice and the xbox itself and tried three different profiles. I have gone vack to prev saves. Exited and went back tried to kill him at differeny locations in the area. Name it and I have tried it. Now EA has an open case but i have heard nothing for two weeks....any one know how to get them to esculate it? Truly i am stuck and no idea what to do. I have done the updates etc.
