EA Staff (Retired)@jpittsyy Can you try to start downloading a separate game and wait for it to get to around 15%, then cancel and check if the DA2 download can start?
Having the same issue. Tried all the same troubleshooting, tried starting a download for another game,canceling and then retrying the dragon age 2 download but still the same error message
