Dragon Age 2 won't download PC

I just finished Dragon Age Origins (which I downloaded through EA Play) and tried to install Dragon Age 2, but it will not download. Every time I try, an error window shows up before I can select ins...

@jpittsyy Can you try to start downloading a separate game and wait for it to get to around 15%, then cancel and check if the DA2 download can start?

Having the same issue. Tried all the same troubleshooting, tried starting a download for another game,canceling and then retrying the dragon age 2 download but still the same error message

    @King_Cleonidas Do you own the game or access it through EA Play?

        @King_Cleonidas Thanks for this, can you try loading EA App as an admin, and make sure any windows settings or anti-virus is not interfering with the client?
