Dragon Age 2 Won't Run Fullscreen

Question

The first time I tried to run the game, it told me an application was preventing it from running fullscreen and loaded in windowed mode.

I turned everything else off and tried again, still windowed mode. I rebooted, same thing. Alt + Enter does not work.

I've heard other people solved the issue by turning of teamviewer, but I honestly don't even know what that is. At the very least, I don't remember ever installing it.

I have this issue when launching straight from the executable, but not when launching through Origin. My issue isn't as bad, though, since I can go back to fullscreen in my graphics settings.

.,....I swear to you, this wasn't working before. I'd tick the box, the screen flashed and it would return to window mode.Why it's working now I don't know, but I'm not complaining.
