Dragon age character upload

I’m trying find out before replay the game now it being 5/2023 and the origins servers were shut down can I still create a character and take them through all three games

It still works as before. You can import a world save from DAO into DA2. Character profiles didn't always upload successfully to Dragon Age Keep, but that only only ever imported basic data, so you'll have to manually create a world state for Inquisition regardless.

So in summary:

You can import a save file in DA2 using locally saved save files.
You create a world state to import into DA Inquisition.
