Dragon Age II Blood Dragon Armor

I just created a case a few days ago. Earlier today, I was chatting with several, yes several, assistants via email. They kept turning the tables on my case, and eventually, they redirected me back...

@TomStridon24 Hey, it has been taken care of on our end. Please log in and test it out.

If you don't see it, please go through my games and apps and make sure there are no updates.

Uninstall it and reinstall it and make sure you are logged into the game itself.

Title pretty much. Most of the items are functioning properly, that being that they're unlocked in both dragon age keep and dragon age 2, but 5 items (the blood dragon armor, ser isaac's armor, Ivo family crest, Evra's might, and evra's trophy belt) are showing that they are unlocked in keep but aren't unlocked in DA2. I've tried hitting the "sync career" option several times and had no success in getting it working. I have logged in and out of keep several times, tried syncing it from my phone, pc, and xbox, I've hard rebooted my xbox, and uninstalled/reinstalled the game all to no success.

I'm sure this topic has been done to death but just about every post I've seen about it was a fix for origins and dead threads so any advice helps.
