Dragon Age II: Fresh Install won't connect to account

It seems as though something screwy is happening with the authentication/logon servers. I am able to login with my account here but the same, correct, info will not activate my new install. Any sugg...

If you created a password that is ODD in any manner, has anything other than straight alhanumeric characters, it doesn't work correctly, and must be changed. Is that what you have done?

My password is a mix of upper/lower alpha and numerics: no non-standard characters, yet I'm still not able to log on. Very disappointing when you've paid for a game and can't play it.
