Dragon Age II will not lauch/load after crashing

Dragon Age 2 loaded this morning just fine, crashed shortly after and gave an error code of EC:10608. So I waited about 20 minutes to reload the game. Now it will not lauch/load at all. I have tried ...

The DA2 error is related to a NVIDIA driver ini.

Follow this manual to the letter to clean uninstall all NVIDIA/AMD driver components.
Install the graphics driver > Go online.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session.
Test.
