    Hey all.  Not sure if anyone is still looking for a solution here but for me it was an easy fix! In Nvidia control panel, navigate to "adjust desktop size and position", and put the scaling mode to "no scaling".  This was causing problems in other games too and when I switched this everything worked fine!

    Hopefully this helps somebody!

Hi there! 

Does it happen as soon as  you start the new DLC area? Does it let you get into Character selection? Can you get into Skyhold?

I am having this issue as well, it happens only at the war table so far.
