I've put nearly 2000 hours into DAI, and every time, I recruit all nine companions and never once had any of them leave. I always play online through Origin. And yet, this achievement The Brightest of their Age remains locked. It's really bugging me because the majority are unlocked, apart from playing through on Hard or Nightmare. Any help would be appreciated.
