Dragon age inquisition anchor infinite charge bug

https://youtu.be/ioMnZmC1Lsc i post this from Youtube because i have the same bug. hy guys i have two bugs in dragon age inquisition, and i have no idea how to fix it...i was reading everywhere.....

Did the issue happen BEFORE the mods were installed, or before they are supposed to be seen in the game?? Cause if it is just before you are supposed to see them, they COULD still be causing the issue.

So I would suggest you remove the mods, repair the game, and probably start a new game......maybe do a speed run on easy until you get to this point to test it...

m still in the beginning of the story....direclty after haven...when corypheus try to take you off the anchor...after that...when you are alone going forward in the snow storm.....pratically there...since there it doesnt go away.....

when i use the skill anchor..it goes away but for few seconds..just the time to recharge the 3 piece of focus

im a pc gamer ..i use mods..but after that....this bug it happen before the mods...i just dont want restart the game...i have taken so long to create the player.

im getting crazy
