Dragon Age Inquisition camera moving out of focus on its own

I have been having a recent issue with my new mage based character. The camera moves on its own and goes from slightly out of focus to grossly out of focus. To where it moved as if I moved the right joystick all the way up. This is a recent issue and has no been able to be fixed or fixed itself. Any information will be great. Thank you.
