Dragon Age Inquisition, cant install
Good afternoon. I have a problem with the installation of the game Dragon Age Inquisition. I get an error saying that because my EA account is banned, I can't install this game. But I don't need the online features of this game, especially since I can install and play on the ps4 console, although I have the same EA account there. Is there any way to unblock the EA account from the Epic Games account?

You can only unlink your Epic Games account if the ban is lifted from your EA account. If you'd like to raise a dispute, you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They can take a look into this for you.
