Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition PS3 DLC

I brought my Ps3 reglion3 Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition and after i redeem my code, i was unable to see my flame of inquisition armor or weapon. i try to redownload again but still the same. it try to take from chest but nothing was in the chest. It is because of bug issue or i need a new code? ?pls reply to me asap at [edit: email address removed]. thank you.

You are not alone in this. I have the same problem. I managed to get the mounts but no weapons and armor. I have searched the whole way for fixes. Went online to talk to ea personale but still no fixes.

So has this been fix yet. Still unable to get the items after patch 2.
