Dragon age inquisition does not launch through epic games

Got Dragon age inquisition game through epic games. When launching the game through epic games the ea app just turns on and nothing happens. Epic games shows the game as running. Tried running both...

Your Windows is a N version, do you have the "Media Feature Pack for Windows N" (Microsoft page) installed?

If not please install it > restart the PC > Test.

I see a LiveKernelEvent which is a hardware error, and some rather serious Windows Update errors in your DxDiag.

A clean installation of the graphics driver might solve the LiveKernelEvent problem:

Download the latest NVIDIA driver from the Lenovo website of your Laptop.

Then follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.(except the driver download.)
Install the graphics driver > Go online.
Test.
