There might be a security software blocking the link or there could be a problem in EA app.
For the second:
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Then: - Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "intensive" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
- Restart the PC
- Download a new EA app setup exe from here.
- Install EA app
- Restart the PC > Test.

@SpartanJono
There are no DAi or EA app errors in your DxDiag, but a constant crash of "DtsApo4Service.exe"
Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure DtsApo4Service.exe is not running.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC
@dradonknighthun
I meant if you tried to run the game in compatibility mode before you posted?

There are no DAi or EA app errors in your DxDiag but Memory leak warnings for many other applications.
It is difficult to find an entry point for troubleshooting here. You could try a clean boot as described above.
@holger1405 Thanks for responding, but this made no difference at all. It just seems if you got the game through Epic it will not work at all. What a shame.

I got it through Epic Games too and on my computer it's not working but i know someone with an old laptop who got it on Epic Games also, and it works on his.
- 1 year ago@IAmAlixDamnit same here. Perhaps you had DAI before you got it from Epic? And the person with the old laptop didn't?

We both got the game on Epic Games at the same time and for the first time. And his laptop is 11 years old too so i really thought my computer would have no issues with it.

Just tried installing it direct from Origin and it's still not doing anything. The fixes suggested by @holger1405 didn't help. Is there anything else I can do to try to get this running?
