Hi, this is a general issue so the steps to fix it will be pretty generic.
First of all, please update your card drivers.
Check here for details: http://help.ea.com/au/article/finding-devices-and-updating-drivers/
If the issue persists, please check that your computer meets the minimum spec to run the game. Unfortunately Dual-Core machines can't run the game.
If you're below min spec and you bought the game through Origin, you might want to check out the Great Game Guarantee.
If you play on a laptop, please check your power settings and/or card manager to ensure that the main card is being used to play DAI.
If you're up to date and above spec, please post in this thread with a hastebin link to your dxdiag.

Been fighting with this since last night and it has me aggrivated. My mother and I pre-ordered and loaded the game.
I uninstalled completelly and reinstalled after the first error.
Then I exited origin and re-entered. Downloaded origin updates. Still errored.
Exited and re-entered again. Still errored.
Redownloaded all new drivers, even ran a test for "can I play this game." I still can't get the actually game to run.
